Welcome to the Rolls-Royce Chassis Register. This site is dedicated to collecting and maintaining informal histories of Rolls-Royce cars. Read on to find histories of Rolls-Royce cars that have been created by the Rolls-Royce enthusiast community.

You are free to access and modify this site provided you follow these basic rules:

  1. Obey the content licence: All the content on this site is protected under a Creative Commons licence. Briefly, licence means that you can use the information in this site for whatever purpose you like, but you must acknowledge the authors and publishers, and you must keep the same licence.
  2. Don't identify the current owner of a car without their permission.

Pages have been automatically created, based on publicly available lists of chassis numbers, for the all the pre WWII Rolls-Royce cars and some of the post WWII era cars. The lists that have been used are, unfortunately not exact and hence some cars have not had templates created for them and it is possible that some pages have been created for cars that never existed. It is up to the owners, past and present of each car to update the information in this site to be as accurate as possible.

If you are not to sure about what to do next, just jump in an get started with the simple instructions at the Quick Start page, or please read the more detailed instructions at the Site Overview page.
